Hostel Facilities
A separate hostel facility is available for boys and girls within the college campus. The hostel premises is administered by hostel wardens and security staff in order to maintain discipline.
Hostel Rules and Regulations
Hostel seats are limited and admission is subject to the availability of accommodation on a first come first basis.
The hostel building is monitored by Wardens and security guards.
Hostel gate closes at sharp 08:30 PM.
Daily attendance is taken at 09:00 PM.
If hostel inmates are found absent without permission, the matter will be informed to their parents, mentors and action will be taken.
Inmates should maintain discipline and should not disturb their roommates or other fellows.
Inmates are not allowed to stay in rooms other than they are allotted.
Outsiders are not permitted to enter the hostel rooms. Parents/guardians can enter the rooms with the permission from Warden.
Inmates should take care of the hostel properties, if they are responsible for the damage they will be penalized double the actual amount.
The college authorities may pay a surprise visit at any time for safety purposes.
Smoking, consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the hostel(Read Zero Tolerance Rules).
Watching pornographic videos and encouraging fellow inmates is not allowed.
Inmates should support the green causes and should switch off appliances when they are not in use.
Cooking is prohibited in hostel buildings.
Birthday celebration is not allowed within the hostel. For such kinds of celebrations, they should take permission from the warden and celebrate outside the hostel building.
Inmates are not allowed to operate speakers and other disturbing devices.
Zero Tolerance Rules
Zero tolerance rules are the set of rules set by the management inorder to maintain peace, discipline and to protect the fundamental rights of the students. Any students found breaking the rules shall be expelled from the institute or hostel and legal action will be initiated. This set of rules include.
Ragging - Ragging is strictly prohibited on campus. Any students found ragging or directly or indirectly encouraging it shall be immediately expelled from the institute and legal action will be initiated by registering a case in the police station.
Drugs and alcohol consumption - Smoking, consuming alcohol-based drinks, consumption of drugs, or being involved in the supply of drugs directly or indirectly will initiate legal action, and students involved in such activities will be expelled immediately.
Violence - Any kind of violence or activities that are intended to hurt, damage the property by student groups is strictly prohibited.
Gambling - Illegal or harmful activities like gambling/betting are strictly prohibited in the institute.
Theft - Students should not steal valuable items from other students. If found, legal action will be initiated against such students.
